The program started with silent prayer, welcome speech by our mega queen Ms.Sri Anusha I M.A,English, Vice Principal mam Dr. Saratha Nellainayagi felicitated the gathering, Adminstrative Officer Dr.Raja Rajan Sir, honoured the guests with shawls. Mr. R.Mahalingam, Rtd.Sr. Manager, IOB gave an outline on social security schemes for senior citizens Schemes, defense pension schemes etc. Mr.V.N.S.Subramaniyan, Financial Literary Counsellor, IOB sketched about Digital literacy and awareness for this Digital India especially how to overcome electronic deception.They gave books, pamphlets and feedbacks were collected on new schemes initiated by our central government. Mr.P.Velmurugan, Field Publicity Assistant, CBC,Tirunelveli, before his speech he presented a shawl to our mega queen Ms. K.Suga shree I M.A.English as she enthusiastically participated in the session and he gave awareness on Central Bureau of Communication -Job Opportunity. Information on Government subsidies such as Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli yojana, Pradhan Mantri yojana, PM Kisan, Ayushman Bharat yojana etc. schemes are explained in detail. The session was thought-provoking, inspiring, and impactful for our queens. The program was organized by the Department of English.
